So if you've ever visited my website before you'll have noticed that there's been a bit of spring cleaning going on round here and the site's sporting a fresh new coat of paint and the furniture's all been suitably feng shui'd so I hope you find things comfortable. Building the new website has finally given me the chance to start getting to grips with Umbraco , an open source .Net content management system, and so far I've got to say I'm impressed. Things have certainly moved on since I last looked at it and I look forward to using it in my future projects.
With the launch of the new website I hope to be able to find the time to commit a few more thoughts to digital print to help me remember what I've done and maybe help someone else overcome the same problems that I've run in to. First up is going to be a couple of articles on working with SurfaceControllers in Umbraco to create forms, in this case a contact form. Hopefully I'll be able to follow it up with something equally interesting!
